Izzy’s Philosophy on Strategy

I believe a strategist’s role is to lead others to greatness. I believe strategy is to fuel innovative work. My job is to inspire, cajole, challenge, guide, and cheer creative thinkers to push the limits of their ingenuity. I define creative thinkers beyond traditional creative professionals, but also business leaders, engineers, entrepreneurs -- basically, folks who are more interested in asking “why not,” than stopping at “why.”
