“Izzy’s documentary, The Big Flip, was selected by the U.S. State Department to be part of the American Film Showcase. Many U.S. Embassies requested Izzy to screen her film. This important and thoughtfully told story of the evolving nature of gender roles in America resonated widely with global audiences.”

Authentic Stories That Move Hearts And Change Minds
Izzy is a master interviewer who has had dynamic conversations with busy corporate CEOs and complicated startup founders, won the confidence of skeptical professionals and cagey politicians, and persuaded taciturn engineers to wax poetic about their hopes and dreams. People open up to Izzy because of her genuine curiosity and interest in their lives and work. By listening deeply and responding empathetically, Izzy creates an intimate and creative environment where people are inspired to reach into the hidden corners of their hearts and the loftiest parts of their souls. These provide the essential ingredients for crafting authentic stories that move hearts, change minds, and stay with people over time.

“Izzy proves to be an author of determined artistic reserve, in search of a more intimate and personable examination. The Big Flip is a movie that is not so much about a movement as it is about people participating within a movement, which in this case proves to be a much more valuable perspective. Sympathetic narratives manifest without manipulative melodrama.”
